It has occurred to us along our journey that everyone has a unique and interesting story to tell. We wanted to take the time to capture and collect some snippets from our journey and put them in one spot not only for ourselves, but for other people who might find what we do interesting. The workplace can be a breeding ground for conflict. There's a lot of different moving pieces (ex. employees, time constraints, differing work habits etc.). You don't always have the "time" to talk and make decisions together. Being in the fast paced environment of launching and running 3 companies forced us to find techniques to better communicate.
